On April 28, 2025 at a Rochester, Minnesota playground, Shiloh confronted an 8-year-old boy who reached into her toddler’s diaper bag. The interaction was filmed, went viral, and she was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. After a four-day trial in July 2026, a jury found her not guilty on the count involving the child and guilty only on the count involving the man who recorded her. She received a $1,000 fine, 200 hours of community service, probation, and a stayed 90-day jail sentence.
